Artificial Intelligence Research Group Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to lead our independent research group in Artificial Intelligence. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for pursuing original and ambitious research in the field of genome biology, leveraging AI-based approaches to address complex biological systems and their responses to perturbations.
About the RoleAs a Group Leader, you will be part of a highly interdisciplinary and collaborative environment, promoting interaction with other research groups and providing opportunities for training, nurturing, and mentoring your team. You will have the freedom to develop and apply AI-based approaches to address questions in any area of genome biology, including but not limited to model-based approaches for genome regulation, proteomics, genotype-phenotype, exposome research, single-cell biology, multi-omics, and spatio-temporal biology.
Requirements- A concise research plan with original and ambitious research goals
- An excellent Ph.D. and post-doctoral track record relevant to AI/Computational biology, with an interest in the wider field of genome biology
- A strong motivation to collaborate with surrounding colleagues and train, nurture, and mentor your team
