Role OverviewAs a Financial Accountant, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our healthcare system. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Financial Closures: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for various international entities, ensuring detailed notes and disclosures are accurately presented.
- Collaboration: Work closely with external payroll and tax partners to guarantee compliance with local regulations, while coordinating with different departments to review and validate financial data.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead the preparation of annual financial statements and act as the primary contact for stakeholders, including internal and external auditors, business controllers, managing directors, tax authorities, and the Accounts Payables/Receivables team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Several years of experience in accounting.
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
