We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Freudenberg as a Global Expert in Hazardous Materials, Safety, and Waste Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance health protection and health culture in the field of global logistics.
- Design and implement measures to prevent work-related illnesses and promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop and maintain healthy framework conditions in the sense of "New Work" for the area of global logistics.
- Provide expert advice to managers and employees on health-related issues and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement measures to address health-related needs and ensure their effective implementation.
- Manage projects related to the optimization of logistics-relevant DGSW topics and ensure their successful completion.
- Develop project master plans, plan resources, and manage project budgets and costs.
- Prepare project presentations and reports for management-level review.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and ensure that project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
- Standardize and harmonize processes in global logistics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on HSE and sustainability-related activities and metrics.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in logistics and project management.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in SAP.
- Strong process thinking and design skills.
- Excellent team orientation and social skills.
- A convincing and motivated personality with a high level of stress stability.
- Very good knowledge of English and another foreign language is desirable.
