Main Responsibilities:

  • Offshore Operations Management: Oversee all offshore operations, including production planning, performance management, and maintenance planning.
  • Employee Line Management and Development: Manage and develop a team of offshore employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Planning and Execution: Plan and execute servicing and maintenance plans, ensuring that all activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Code of Conduct and Discipline: Maintain a high level of discipline and culture on the SOV, ensuring that all employees adhere to our code of conduct.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Facilitate team meetings, strategy deployment, and technical focus groups to ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Crew Interface Management: Manage the interface with the SOV crew, ensuring that all activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Contingency Planning: Develop and implement contingency plans for vessel operations, ensuring that all activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Windfarm Downtime Management: Manage windfarm downtime, ensuring that all activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Safety Culture: Promote and lead a positive safety culture, ensuring that all employees adhere to our safety policies and procedures.
  • Turbine Inspections: Conduct turbine inspections, safety walks, and auditing to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement, ensuring that all activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Participation in Morning Briefings: Participate in morning briefings and toolbox talks to ensure that all team members are informed and aligned.
  • Upgrade Campaigns: Plan and coordinate upgrade campaigns, ensuring that all activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Operational Escalation: Serve as the operational point of escalation for offshore or vessel-related issues.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee the management of sub-contractors onboard the vessel.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Degree: Hold an electrical degree from a technical school, college, or university.
  • Language Skills: Possess good English and German skills in reading and writing.
  • Professional Experience: Have 5+ years of professional experience with electrical systems, in wind or offshore, and with HV.
  • Similar Position: Have 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Driver's License: Hold a full driver's license.
  • IT Skills: Possess IT skills, preferably in SAP and MS Office.
  • Proactive Decision Maker: Be a proactive decision maker.
  • Safety Focused: Be safety-focused with quality in mind.
