Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Procurement Manager, der unsere Beschaffungsstrategie für Immobiliendienstleistungen der Siemens Mobility GmbH weiterentwickeln und umsetzen kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung der globalen Beschaffungsstrategie für Real Estate Services
  • Fachliche Teamleitung für die Einkaufskolleg*Innen in den Regionen
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungsprojekten und Erstellung von Rahmenverträgen mit Lieferanten
  • Verantwortung für den Bestellprozess der jährlich wiederkehrenden Bedarfe in Deutschland
  • Marktanalysen durchführen und passende Dienstleister identifizieren
  • Regelmäßiger Kontakt zu bestehenden Dienstleistern aufrechterhalten
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Facility Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung im Einkauf von Dienstleistungen
  • Fachliche Aussteuerung und Proaktive Denkweise
  • Ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten in einer sich schnell verändernden Umgebung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
