Your responsibilities at vialytics include:

  • Strategic Marketing Development: Formulate and execute impactful marketing strategies that propel our growth and enhance our brand presence.
  • Campaign Design & Enhancement: Create and refine targeted marketing campaigns to maximize outreach and effectiveness.
  • Social Media Strategy: Oversee our social media platforms, craft engaging content, and foster interaction within our community.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and analyze key metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage innovative events that bring our brand to life and cultivate lasting connections with our target audience.
  • Market Insights & Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, adjusting our strategies as needed.

Your qualifications for this role:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive approach, utilizing analytical skills to drive the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Pardot, Hubspot/Salesforce, and Google Analytics to enhance campaign performance.
  • A talent for identifying trends and boosting engagement on social media platforms.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
