Plant Quality Manager

ConSol Partners is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to support a global leading tier 1 automotive supplier.
Salary: 105k + 10k bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Quality: Develop and implement quality processes to drive impactful improvements.
- Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Address customer and field complaints using QRQC methodologies and strengthen client relationships.
- Root Cause Analysis & Preventive Actions: Analyze field failures and coordinate corrective actions across the supply chain.
- Risk Management: Resolve high-risk technical and commercial complaints effectively, internally and externally.
- Product Release Oversight: Oversee testing and documentation for new parts and products.
- Negotiate with Confidence: Manage negotiations on field damage losses and recourse factors with customers.
- Audit Leadership: Plan and execute internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Enhance Quality Systems: Develop and maintain the internal quality management system to meet industry standards.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare monthly quality reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ownership of Quality Budget: Manage the quality budget effectively, allocating resources to drive improvements.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with all departments to provide guidance on quality-related matters.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in quality management with expertise in tools like FTA, PDCA, QRQC, FMEA, and SPC.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
