About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Development Analyst to join our team at St. George's School Cologne. As a key member of our Corporate Development Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the international education sector.
  • Evaluate potential opportunities for expansion and provide comprehensive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration efforts for successful transactions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of compliance requirements in relation to relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
Requirements
  • Top-class business school education, with a bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience working in a related field.
  • Proven research ability, with a strong analytical mind and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience in working in English, supplemented by at least intermediate German language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
