**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Cost Manager VIE to join our team in Hennigsdorf, Germany. As a key member of our Engineering Cost Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the costs of our train development projects remain on track.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple Engineering disciplines, Finance, Project Management, and Procurement to ensure cost control and optimization.

• Develop and maintain cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for train development projects.

• Analyze and optimize cost structures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.

• Provide cost management support to project teams, ensuring that costs are accurately tracked and reported.

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in cost engineering and management, with experience in the rail industry.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with cost management software.
