About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team at Alstom, a leading global player in the transport industry. As a Cost Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our Rolling Stock projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Develop and maintain cost management plans, forecasts, and budgets for Rolling Stock projects.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize project costs.
  • Reporting and Dashboarding: Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project costs and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in cost management, financial analysis, and project coordination.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
