Construction Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bauleiter (Site Manager) to join our team in the Frankfurt area. The Project Coordinator (Site Manager) will play a crucial role in coordinating the rollout of fiber network projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Work closely with the Project Manager and report any potential issues to the PM. The PM has the overall responsibility, and the Project Coordinator will report to that person. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field. Proven experience as Project Coordinator, Site Manager, Project Manager or similar role for FTTX projects in Germany. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required. Fluent in German and English.
