Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Information Security Expert to join our Global IT Infrastructure team at Kuehne + Nagel.
Your Role
As an Information Security Expert, you will play a crucial role in our Service Management & Process team, ensuring the effective operation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to design, develop, and implement security technologies for both on-premises and cloud services.
- Assist technical teams in documenting security-related processes and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits of the ISMS to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented information security controls.
- Support both internal and external audits and certifications of the ISMS.
- Identify, classify, communicate, track, and escalate security findings as part of the security and vulnerability management process.
- Engage in Information Security awareness initiatives and training programs.
- Assist the global InfoSec Team in the development of security policies, providing practical insights from an operational standpoint.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in information security, process management, and IT.
- Relevant professional security management certification such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 lead implementer, or similar.
- Experience with ISMS.
- Knowledge of IT security controls including Anti-Malware, Firewall, SIEM, Authentication, Encryption, and Patching.
- Familiarity with Business Continuity Management (BCM), IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), and Disaster Recovery Planning.
- Experience in Process Management.
- Background in Service Management, ITIL v3 or v4.
