Renesas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Technology Marketing Manager to lead the development of motor control solutions. This role will be based out of one of our offices in Germany, with the opportunity for remote work within the country.
The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating market requirements based on analysis of technology trends, key customer desires, competitive analysis, and market environment. This will involve working closely with global business development teams to ensure that technology and market requirements are aligned.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronic engineering or a related field, with experience in semiconductor marketing. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Research market technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Analyze system architectures and propose optimizations to the Renesas roadmap.
- Set requirements and define roadmaps for motor control software, firmware, and tools.
- Work closely with global business development teams to consolidate technology and market requirements.
- Orchestrate Proof of Concepts and Testbed activities with potential partners.
- Create product value propositions and propose roadmaps.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in semiconductor marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
