**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Engineer to join our team at our Bremen location for an indefinite full-time position. As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing IT projects in the field of satellite ground systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and structure an IT system to meet customer requirements, ensuring compatibility with technical stakeholder needs.
  • Communicate optimization possibilities, incidents, and problems to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, collaborating with project leaders and providing technical expertise.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders from system engineering, cyber security, and software development.
  • Develop tasks for service owners and IT operations, ensuring project requirements are met.
  • Support new project design phases, translating project requirements into IT infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate with the test team during the realization phase.
  • Optional: assume responsibility as a service owner.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent, with several years of experience in project environments.
  • Proficiency in at least one IT area, with a broad understanding of IT concepts.
  • Ability to analyze complex project relationships and present them effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, i-doit, and Office components.
