About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain training programs for electrical and automation technicians
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for students and professionals
  • Collaborate with industry partners to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
  • Design and implement new training methods and materials
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and automation engineering
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
