Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Schulz & Berger Luft- und Verfahrenstechnik GmbH. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
