Job Overview

Publicis Sapient (PS), a global frontrunner in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is seeking an Account Manager with a proven track record of delivering results to enhance our outstanding client service team across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Focused on the Financial Services sector, you will leverage the extensive capabilities of PS' offerings and the additional resources available through Publicis Groupe to assist the client partner team in discovering new opportunities, engaging new decision-makers, and innovating strategies that enable our clients to transition towards a more digitally empowered future.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in the Industry Client Partner team to identify and pursue project opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Collaborate in shaping proposals and assist in negotiating agreements that yield mutually advantageous outcomes for PS and its clients. Eventually take charge of, drive, and lead client stewardship for smaller accounts, acting as their PS representative and ensuring profitable year-over-year growth. Exhibit strong industry knowledge to engage clients in an inspiring and consultative manner. Build robust relationships at mid to senior client levels to influence broader transformation agendas in partnership with senior Client Partners. Create a relationship map for your clients, including a 3–5-year vision and strategy, while managing tactical executions to promote the full PS portfolio. Oversee and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction by coordinating relevant delivery stakeholders. Guarantee that all opportunities are accurately documented and forecasted in the PS CRM pipeline. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of PS' go-to-market offerings and solutions, cross-client lines of business, and industry trends. Demonstrate exceptional performance and results in achieving goals. Manage internal PS stakeholders and cultivate a dedicated and virtual team of experts.

Required Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Several years of experience in industry and professional services with a proven record of success and growth as a (junior) account manager or consultant. Initial experience in navigating and expanding larger accounts. A strong passion for people, equality, and societal impact. Ability to cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders through a solid industry perspective and understanding of client needs. Strong learning orientation and commitment to continuous evolution and self-improvement, including the development of personal adaptability and pursuit of excellence. Flexible and mobile, capable of working in a hybrid environment that includes remote work, office presence, and travel as required. Experience in crafting and presenting proposals to clients, including responding to RfPs.
