International Product Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Tchibo. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our international product range meets current consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global product development strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class and on-time delivery of products.
- Collaborate with agencies to develop targeted campaigns to position and support the growth of our brand.
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans for the brand and respective products.
- Lead market research and analysis to inform product development decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with national subsidiaries and headquarters departments.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Strategic/International Management.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management of FMCG or lifestyle/premium brands.
- Experience working internationally, with knowledge of and experience in working with the MEA region.
- Passion for consumer goods brands and a willingness to contribute creative concepts to the future of our brands.
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness, coupled with being a team player.
- Strong implementation skills and intercultural sensitivity.
- Business fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., German) a plus.
