Role Objective: Manage the international oversight of the FSSC/ISO22000 product, ensuring the integrity of standards and seamless operations from proposal through to delivery. Align product execution with external performance indicators and internal benchmarks, implementing strategies for professional service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that global product execution aligns with external performance indicators and customer satisfaction metrics. Serve as the primary liaison with the standard owner, representing the organization in critical meetings. Oversee global accreditations, lead annual assessments, and implement corrective measures for ongoing enhancement. Supervise technical evaluations, certification decisions, and PWS approvals. Facilitate training for network uniformity. Manage the auditor approval process, ensuring compliance with criteria and skill development. Provide guidance on additional training needs. Maintain a system for auditor calibration, conducting witness audits as necessary. Ensure professional, clear, and timely communication with the network. Assert authority for consistent standards. Promptly communicate forthcoming changes, revisions, and updates. Collaborate with the Global Food Certification Manager, providing product-specific assistance. Support sales and commercial teams with product-specific client inquiries for growth opportunities. Exhibit a willingness to travel as required.General Duties:

Possess a customer-centric approach combined with strong business insight. Exhibit a positive attitude, coupled with practicality, analytical skills, and a persuasive yet diplomatic manner. Effectively drive and influence behavioral change. Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and navigate interactions smoothly across all organizational levels. Excel in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PPT, etc.). Have comprehensive knowledge of the FSSC/ISO22000 standard. Manage multiple tasks efficiently with robust organizational skills. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities. Fluent in English.Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Hold a lead auditor qualification in the relevant product. Demonstrate people management experience and proficiency with remote teams. Showcase extensive auditing experience, including preparation of commercial proposals. Take responsibility for maintaining accreditation against ISO 17021.
