We are seeking a skilled Project Controller to join our team at our locations in Straubing and Ottobrunn. This role offers a diverse range of tasks in exciting machinery and plant construction projects, as well as collaboration within an international team.
- Monitor and ensure budgets, deadlines, and goals in challenging machinery and plant construction projects
- Close cooperation with technical project management to determine and track project metrics, and jointly manage based on this information
- Coordinate and manage controlling across locations and projects in close collaboration with central controlling
- Analyze and evaluate actual costs and CTCs during project progression
- Responsible for controlling additional requests, claims and liabilities management, as well as a significant role in cash management
- Collaborate with sales during the proposal phase regarding legal and business-related matters for well-founded offers
Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated team player with excellent communication and leadership skills in a bridging role, embodying flexibility and a strong sense of urgency in a dynamic project environment.
- Completed university degree (Business Engineering/Business Administration or similar) or commercial training with relevant further education
- Professional experience in controlling or finance field - preferably in project controlling
- Affinity for numbers, strong analytical skills, and understanding of technical contexts
- Excellent oral/written communication skills in English
- Proficient in controlling tools and ERP systems
