Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate various projects with independent execution and success monitoring
  • Administrative support to the management
  • Organizational management of meetings and sessions
  • Preparation of presentations and schedule management
  • Assistance in organizing events and activities
  • Management of business travel arrangements


Your Qualifications
  • Successfully completed commercial training (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Excellent MS Office skills and good project experience
  • Organizational skills and effective time management
  • Proficient English and German language skills both written and spoken
