We are seeking a skilled Rust software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge operating system for the automotive industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing various components of the OS, including the distributed runtime and middleware for safety-critical domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the operating system, focusing on performance, security, and reliability
  • Collaborate with the core team to design and implement low-level driver interfaces and high-level safe APIs
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, regression tests, and virtual hardware tests to ensure the quality and stability of the OS
  • Document and maintain the repository, ensuring that all code is well-organized and easily understandable
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of system software, including drivers, inter-process communication, and threads
  • At least 2 years of software development experience in Rust, with a focus on operating system development
  • Understanding of security principles, including authenticity, digital certificates, and trusted channels
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate solutions to complex problems
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with a passion for building cutting-edge technology
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
