About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team at Tracie Healthcare Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring our software solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and configure our software solutions, including installation, integration with 3rd party systems, and technical support
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans, project timelines, and documentation
  • Provide technical assistance to clients throughout the implementation process
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of support processes
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
  • A customer-centric mindset and desire to work directly with B2B customers
  • Experience with MS SQL Server is a must
  • Prior knowledge of HL7 API connectivity is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and transparent way of working
  • Highly motivated to get things done
  • Fluency in English and German, with French, Italian, or Spanish a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel to international customer sites (less than 10%)

Tracie Healthcare Solutions GmbH is a SaaS start-up and a corporate venture of the leading laboratory product manufacturer Greiner Bio-One. Our software provides end-to-end process optimization for the pre-analytical phase of laboratory diagnostics.

Our goal is to digitalize hospitals and laboratories, improve sample collection, and reduce errors to ultimately increase patient safety. We have successfully implemented our solution with our first clients.
