Key Responsibilities

  • Assembling and disassembling engines, gearboxes, and drive components
  • Collecting and analyzing bolting data during assembly and disassembly
  • Measuring individual components and assemblies
  • Documenting measurements according to client specifications in designated databases
  • Identifying and evaluating damages and irregularities
  • Managing logistical processes in the engine workshop, including preparation and commissioning
  • Conducting detailed photographic documentation of all components, including digital editing of images
  • Preparing and packaging disassembled engines for customer delivery

Your Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field, such as automotive mechanics or mechatronics, or a comparable qualification; we also welcome candidates from other backgrounds
  • Initial hands-on experience in engine assembly and disassembly
  • Fundamental knowledge of engine technology, particularly in combustion engines
  • Interest in component measurement
  • Proficient in using standard MS Office applications
  • Proficient in written and spoken German
  • A structured, team-oriented approach to work, with reliability, independence, flexibility, and commitment
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and contribute learned experiences to the team
  • Availability to work in a 2-shift system as needed
  • Work schedule: 39.5 hours per week
