**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our engine workshop, you will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of motors, gearboxes, and drive components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and disassembly of motors, gearboxes, and drive components
- Recording and evaluation of bolting data during assembly and loosening/residual torques
- Measurement of individual components and groups
- Documentation of measured values according to customer specifications in specially specified databases
- Detection and assessment of damage and anomalies
- Taking over logistical handling (preparation, post-processing, and commissioning) in the engine workshop
- Detailed photo documentation of all individual parts, including digital post-processing of the files
- Preparation and packaging of disassembled engines for shipment to the customer
Requirements:
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an automotive mechanic or mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification, also lateral entrants are welcome
- Initial practical experience in the assembly and disassembly of engines
- Basic knowledge of engine technology, possibly specialist knowledge in the field of combustion engines
- Interest in measuring components
- Confident handling of common MS Office products
- Written and spoken German language skills
- Structured and team-oriented way of working, reliability, independence, flexibility, and commitment
- Willingness to undergo continuous further training and to actively contribute the experience gained to the team
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system by arrangement
- Working time model: 39.5 hours/week
