As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing climate strategy and risk initiatives that drive business growth and sustainability. Your expertise will be essential in shaping our approach to climate-related topics, ensuring that our clients receive innovative and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement climate strategy and risk initiatives that align with our clients' business goals and sustainability objectives.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating climate-related risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions that drive business growth and reduce environmental impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest climate-related research, trends, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most effective solutions.
- Communicate complex climate-related information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Master's or PhD degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in climate-related fields, including climate strategy, risk management, and sustainability.
- Expert-level knowledge of climate-related topics, including goal setting, mitigation strategies, risk assessment, and scenario analysis.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
