Product Safety Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Safety Engineer to join our team at TQ-Systems GmbH. As a key member of our Product Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our electrical products and developing and implementing safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Product Safety Management: Develop and implement product safety strategies to ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Safety Standard Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive set of safety standards and guidelines for our products.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of safety standards and procedures.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers on product safety-related matters.
- Expertise Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest safety standards and regulations and provide training and guidance to the team.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate new safety technologies and innovations and implement them into our products and processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product safety engineering.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
