What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and optimize store operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to build a positive and productive store environment.
