Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating user journeys for new features, developing and executing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales, and analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Create user journeys for new features, including credit reports, financial insights, and premium product subscriptions.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales, considering product funnels and metrics.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, funnel data, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
- Manage customer communication strategy, collaborating with cross-functional design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
- Research market trends and emerging opportunities to inform product development and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points and translate them into product requirements.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and success of new and existing products.
- Manage product timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of product milestones.
- Expertise in creating product journeys, considering customer touchpoints, metrics, errors, and legal requirements.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working as a Product Manager.
- Experience analyzing data, identifying patterns, and making data-driven decisions to optimize products and drive business success.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in working with product funnels, understanding various numbers, and making product plans based on the numbers.
- User experience (UX) understanding: ability to empathize with users and translate customer needs into product solutions.
- Native German speaking skills are a must.
