Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektleiter für unsere Analytical Unit in Leverkusen. Als Führungskraft sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Mess- und Regeltechnik, E-Technik und Automatisierungstechnik.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Rahmenvertrags- und Projektgeschäfts für die Bereiche Mess- und Regeltechnik, E-Technik und Automatisierungstechnik.
  • Führungsverantwortung für 35-50 Mitarbeiter.
  • Gesamtverantwortung für den kaufmännischen und technischen Erfolg unserer Rahmenvertragspartner und des Projektgeschäfts.
  • Schaffung und Ausbau der Kundenbindung.
  • Durchführung von Verhandlungen, insbesondere Rahmenvertrags- und Claim-Verhandlungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Business Unit Leitung.
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitsschutz, Arbeitsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
Voraussetzungen
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder ein Studium der Elektrotechnik, MSR-Technik, Anlagenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar.
  • Vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung im Industrie- und Anlagenbau oder der Prozessindustrie.
  • Nachweisbare, mehrjährige fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung.
  • Erfolgreiche Akquisition von Neukunden und Projekten sowie eigenständige Angebotsverhandlung und -Abschluss.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Offenheit für neue Ideen und Innovationsbereitschaft.
  • Integrität, Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungsstärke und Verbindlichkeit.
