Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Supply Chain Manager, der unsere Lieferketten- und Qualitätsprozesse optimieren und sicherstellen kann. In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung detaillierter Bewertungen von Lieferanten, die effiziente Verwaltung der gesamten Lieferkette und die Sicherstellung von Qualitätsaspekten.

Aufgaben
  • Durchführung detaillierter Bewertungen von Lieferanten in der Ausschreibungsphase und aktive Mitwirkung an der Entscheidung zur Einführung neuer Produkte
  • Effiziente Verwaltung der gesamten Lieferkette mit besonderem Fokus auf die Überprüfung und Sicherstellung von Qualitätsaspekten
  • Verantwortung für die pünktliche Lieferung von Produkten unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und gegebenenfalls der Kostenbudgets
  • Identifizierung potenzieller Risiken bei Lieferanten und Ergreifung kurzfristiger Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Lieferantenleistung
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung von Lieferantenzertifizierungen in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Interessengruppen
  • Bewertung der Kapazitäten, Fähigkeiten und Gesamtleistung von Lieferanten und aktive Mitwirkung an deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der jährlichen Lieferantenbewertungen und Präsentation der operativen Leistung in wichtigen Sitzungen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder Supply Chain Quality
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement und in der Supply Chain
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Lean Management und Projektmanagement sind erforderlich
  • Vertieftes Anwenderwissen in SAP/R3 und Erfahrung mit Google Suite
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
  • Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für die Europäische Union
