We are currently seeking a B2B Content Marketing Manager to elevate our content marketing efforts within our B2B Marketing division. Your main objective will be to enhance our content creation processes and strategies.

As a B2B Content Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the development and execution of content strategies, alongside the creation of engaging written materials that foster customer interaction, generate leads, and drive business expansion.

We are in search of a seasoned, enthusiastic, and imaginative individual who is passionate about captivating audiences through content, to shape our B2B content strategy and production for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the central B2B marketing team to oversee the production and refinement of diverse content assets for various B2B divisions, focusing on hands-on content creation. Assist the SEO team in crafting landing pages (both B2B and B2C) aimed at delivering valuable content that addresses user challenges and offers solutions. Generate and compose content tailored to target personas and their buying journeys, including landing pages, case studies, blog articles, ebooks, infographics, white papers, email campaigns, presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, and more. Develop compelling product messaging and positioning frameworks to effectively convey the value proposition, unique selling points, and advantages of our offerings to specific audiences. Ensure consistent messaging and terminology across various communication platforms, contributing to a cohesive organizational language through collaboration with internal stakeholders. Act as the primary resource for content aimed at driving demand for B2B products, whether through creation, editing, or supporting other content requirements, including localization and translation. Collaborate with other central teams to align narratives, tone, and language, ensuring a unified message throughout the organization. Utilize various analytics tools to assess content performance and enhance its effectiveness. Gain a deep understanding of our different target personas and produce content that resonates with them. Stay informed about industry trends that impact our ideal customer profiles and their priorities, to create the most effective content. Research and propose innovative ideas to support key content objectives, such as improving conversion rates in the marketing funnel, increasing website traffic, and boosting inbound leads. Leverage data to transform business insights into engaging content. Explore new methods to repurpose successful assets across different marketing channels (such as websites, emails, etc.). Manage and collaborate with external contractors for graphic design and content production, as well as internal teams including marketing, product, public relations, and sales.

Our Expectations

A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in writing and editing marketing content within the Tech SaaS, eCommerce, or related sectors. Proficiency in creating and refining content for various media (websites, promotional materials, advertisements, social media, SEO) and across different formats. A portfolio showcasing relevant content authored by you. Experience in both hands-on content writing and understanding the marketing strategies necessary to engage various target audiences at different stages of the sales funnel. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a profound understanding of how to engage readers with captivating content. Familiarity with the objectives of a content marketing role. Competence in utilizing data analytics to evaluate and continuously enhance the impact of content on lead generation, thought leadership, and channel engagement. Capability to collaborate effectively within and across teams, providing and receiving constructive feedback. CEFR C2 level or near-native proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a significant plus. Experience in managing social media presence is beneficial.
