Als Beauty Sales Consultant bei YOUSINESS werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen und innovativen Teams, das die Beauty- und Wellnessbranche in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz revolutioniert.

Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, mit flexiblen Lösungen zu arbeiten, um Friseuren, Nagel- und Kosmetikstudios bei der Terminverwaltung, Kundenkommunikation und Geschäftserweiterung zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben
  • Kundenakquise und Aufbau eines Netzwerks in der Beauty- und Wellnessbranche
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Friseuren, Nagelstudios und Kosmetikstudios hinsichtlich unserer Terminbuchungsplattform
  • Verkauf und Präsentation unserer Dienstleistungen an potenzielle Neukunden
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zur Nutzung unserer Plattform
  • Sammlung und Analyse von Kundenfeedback zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen
Qualifikationen
  • Diese Tätigkeit eignet sich ideal als Nebenjob, für Berufstätige, Selbständige, Freelancer, Vertriebler, Schüler sowie Quereinsteiger.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation.
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Buchungs- und Verwaltungssystemen.
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, um Salons und Studios erfolgreich für unsere Plattform zu gewinnen.
