SiC Process Engineer Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SiC Process Engineer to join our team at Bertrandt. As an Expert in SiC Diffusion Process Development, you will be responsible for the development and execution of SiC diffusion processes, as well as leading the development of manufacturing processes for SiC power components.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Development: Develop and implement SiC diffusion processes, and execute project-related tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manufacturing: Lead the development of manufacturing processes for SiC power components, and ensure a smooth production flow during ramp-up, pre-production, and production phases.
- Process Monitoring: Review and follow up on the status of engineering processes, initiate corrective actions to solve problems, and analyze and summarize process data.
- Product Reliability: Evaluate product reliability requirements and testing methods, and be responsible for the reliability evaluation of products within the own process area.
- Yield Improvement: Increase product yield and tackle major challenges within the scope of responsibility.
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in semiconductor physics, microelectronics, materials, chemistry, or a similar discipline within the semiconductor industry.
- Work Experience: Over 10 years of experience working on semiconductor diffusion process introduction or development, with Fab experience in SiC product introduction or production.
- Expertise: Familiarity with SiC process flow, manufacturing process, and characterization techniques, as well as experience in semiconductor material processing for power devices development.
- Measurement Techniques: Knowledge of measurement methods and techniques for evaluating materials and process results.
- Mass Production Experience: Successful mass production experience in leading factories in the industry.
- Working Style: Hands-on mentality and open mindset for cross-cultural working settings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with German and/or Chinese being a plus.
- Travel Readiness: Open for international business trips or delegation.
