We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Robert Bosch Krankenhaus GmbH. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital by managing the procurement process for both investment and consumable goods.
Your Responsibilities
- Request quotations from suppliers and meticulously compare offers to secure the most favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data for all suppliers and products.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of essential goods.
- Closely monitor delivery dates and prices, proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Verify invoices and authorize payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- Handle returns effectively, resolving any discrepancies or concerns.
- Contribute to supplier evaluations, identifying and onboarding new partners.
- Provide support in contract management, ensuring adherence to agreements.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant commercial apprenticeship with proven purchasing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience within the healthcare sector and familiarity with SAP R/3 would be highly advantageous.
- A responsible and dedicated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation, and adaptability to changing priorities.
