We are currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect (f/m/d) IT Services to enhance our dynamic team in Germany.
The Senior Enterprise Architect, also known as the Solution Executive, plays a pivotal role in our most intricate, strategic, and transformational multi-million-dollar initiatives. They are visionary thinkers who engage early in the process, helping to shape comprehensive solutions by leveraging the collective strength of NTT to assist clients in transforming and reinventing their businesses through technology and our services. This role requires a broad skill set across functional and technical areas, with a deep focus on digital transformation utilizing Cloud, Data, and AI technologies. They serve as the primary leader for the solution on a pursuit, contributing to the win strategy, formulating the solution approach, and orchestrating the design and implementation across NTT DATA. They establish trusted advisor relationships with technology executives and act as the technical advocate for the solution.
Collaboration is key, as they work alongside delivery professionals and subject matter experts from various business units and domains within NTT to provide clients with seamless technology modernization and transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with technology and business leaders to cultivate relationships and gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's environment and enterprise challenges.
- Lead and facilitate both in-person and virtual solution design workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of win strategies and define the solution approach for pursuits.
- Oversee the design, construction, and orchestration of solutions across NTT, partners, and client organizations.
- Act as the technical advocate for the solution within NTT and the client organization.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts to design and implement solutions that effectively address client business challenges and objectives.
- Utilize the OneNTT delivery framework and methodology to ensure consistent and high-quality solution delivery across the NTT Group.
- Communicate clearly with clients, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity regarding the solution vision, scope, and value proposition.
- Prepare and present solution proposals and artifacts that showcase the value and differentiation of NTT Group's capabilities and offerings.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture to create innovative and competitive solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or consulting roles, ideally within the IT services sector.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex, cross-domain solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Strong expertise in various technology domains, including cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, and applications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and solutions effectively.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Preferred certifications in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related fields.
