We are currently seeking an Enterprise Architect (f/m/d) IT Services to join our expanding team in Germany.
The Enterprise Architect, also known as the Solution Executive, plays a crucial role in our most intricate, strategic, and transformational multi-million-dollar initiatives. They possess a visionary mindset, thinking creatively to shape comprehensive solutions by engaging with clients early in the process, leveraging the collective strength of NTT to help reimagine and transform their businesses through technology and our services. This role requires a broad skill set across both functional and technical areas, with a deep focus on digital transformation utilizing Cloud, Data, and AI technologies. The Enterprise Architect serves as the primary leader for the solution during a pursuit, contributing to the winning strategy, formulating the solution approach, and orchestrating the design and development across NTT DATA Services. They establish trusted advisor relationships with technology executives and act as the technical advocate for the solution.
Collaboration is key, as they work alongside delivery professionals and subject matter experts from various business units and domains within NTT to deliver seamless technology modernization and transformation solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with technology and business leaders to cultivate relationships and gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's environment and enterprise challenges.
- Lead and facilitate both in-person and virtual solution design workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of winning strategies and define the solution approach for pursuits.
- Direct the solution design, development, and orchestration across NTT, partners, and client organizations.
- Serve as the technical advocate for the solution within NTT and the client organization.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts from diverse business units to design and implement solutions that meet client business challenges and objectives.
- Utilize the OneNTT delivery framework and methodology to ensure consistent and high-quality solution delivery across the NTT Group.
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity regarding the solution vision, scope, and value proposition.
- Prepare and present solution proposals, presentations, and artifacts that showcase the value and unique capabilities of NTT Group's offerings.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture to create innovative and competitive solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or consulting roles, ideally within the IT services sector.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex, cross-domain solutions that fulfill client requirements and expectations.
- Extensive knowledge and experience across various technology domains, including cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, and applications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and solutions clearly and succinctly.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Preferred certifications in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related fields.
