About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Director to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Frontend (FE) cluster, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and manufacturing productivity across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Cross-Site Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Industrial Engineering methodologies and best practices across our sites.
  • Lead Local Team of Experts: Manage a team of experts to drive productivity improvements and implement lean mindset and operating curve management.
  • Develop and Deploy Standards: Develop and deploy standards, best practices, and digitalized tools to create value from data and drive efficiency.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with production, operational planning, and digital manufacturing teams to drive systematic enhancements and benchmarking across sites.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 8+ Years Experience: Semiconductor operations management, manufacturing, production, operational, and/or manufacturing excellence.
  • Lean Six Sigma and Digitalization: Experience in lean six sigma, operational performance improvements, project management, business process improvements, factory physics/OCM, and digitalization.
  • People and Stakeholder Management: Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cultural Experience: Experience working in Europe, Asia, and North America.
