Industrial Engineering Director

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Director to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Frontend cluster, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and manufacturing productivity across our sites in Austin, Dresden, Kulim, Regensburg, and Villach.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve ambitious targets regarding manufacturing productivity through holistic site-projects with a focus on output and cost improvement.
- Drive cross-site alignment on Industrial Engineering methodologies and lead local teams of experts.
- Operationalize lean-mindset and operating curve management, and develop standards and best practices for Industrial Engineering methodologies at site.
- Implement and push for best practices using digitalized tools to create value from data and partner with stakeholders to support systematic enhancements and benchmarking across sites.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor operations management, including manufacturing, production, operational, and/or manufacturing excellence.
- Experience in lean six sigma, operational performance improvements, project management, business process improvements, factory physics/OCM, and digitalization.
- People and stakeholder management skills, with experience in Europe, Asia, and North America.
