Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Caspar Health. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our digital rehabilitation products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
- Conduct thorough testing of our products, including functional and non-functional testing.
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with web and mobile application testing, including RESTful APIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and testing strategies.
- ISTQB certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with non-functional testing, including performance and security testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
