Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in a corporate or research environment.
- Deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry, particularly in processing and coating/plasma technologies.
- Proficient in designing, constructing, and managing experimental setups and prototype systems.
- Experience in leading and contributing to development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to enhance expertise.
