Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our distribution partners and customers in Europe and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to our distribution partners and customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team, distribution partners, and engineering team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Travel within EMEA and AMEC to provide on-site support and training to customers and partners.
  • Respond to technical customer inquiries, conduct schematic and layout reviews, and create sample software to meet customer needs.
  • Reproduce and verify customer requests, identifying solutions and implementing them as needed.
  • Develop and produce application notes and instructional videos to support customer understanding and adoption of our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
  • Master's degree is welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of physics and signal processing related to sensor systems.
  • Profound expertise in electronics development, including hardware and software.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages, including C++, Assembler, and Labview.
