Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption and value realization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and enterprise architecture
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Understanding of IT management and software development/operations in enterprise organizations
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work, with a focus on customer success
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus
