Job Title: Working Student in Human Resources

We are seeking a highly motivated working student to join our Human Resources department at the Mercedes-Benz Used Parts Center in Neuhausen a. d. F.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support our HR team in various administrative activities related to operational HR management, including personnel administration, personnel strategy, labor law issues, and personnel and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR team in all administrative activities related to operational HR management
  • Be involved in the design and implementation of new remuneration systems
  • Develop and implement performance-related remuneration topics
  • Participate in global remuneration projects
  • Support management decisions in the area of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) through analysis activities
Requirements:
  • Studying business administration, HR management, psychology, economics, sociology, or a comparable degree program with a focus on HR
  • Practical experience in the HR environment and remuneration topics
  • Confident with MS Office
  • Create and present presentations with PowerPoint
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Team and communication skills, independence, analytical thinking, conceptual way of working
  • Enjoy working independently
