Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Platform team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the core functionality of our API, which is the cornerstone of our customer success strategy. Your focus will be on developing strategic initiatives through meticulous research, ensuring our product maintains the highest quality and functionality standards across all possible scenarios.
Key Responsibilities- Define short-term and mid-term roadmaps: Ensure alignment of stakeholders and the organization regarding our objectives, to transform our platform into a world-class transportation marketplace.
- Monitor and act on key metrics: Usage, adoption, quality SLAs, etc., that must be consistently met and remain competitive with other products available on the market.
- Take ownership of strategic projects: Define business needs, develop user stories and requirements to ensure smooth delivery, and perform UAT to confirm that the delivery meets customer expectations.
- Run adaptive Scrum process: Ensure on-time delivery of features by the Engineering team.
- Write user documentation: Improve the usability of the system for internal & external users and establish the best integration experience on the market.
- Background in Product Management: Experience in B2B SaaS organizations, specifically in technical product management, information feeding systems, high-load systems, and B2B product management.
- Strong knowledge of Engineering and UX domains: Ability to navigate the intersection of these domains.
- API Proficiency: Adept at reading JSON and/or SQL, utilizing tools like Postman, and interpreting logs when necessary.
- User-Driven Mindset: Ability to translate metrics, user behavior, and needs into business values and detailed product requirements, including technical specifications.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excel in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, critically evaluating inputs, and collaborating with the Engineering team to launch features.
- Solution-Focused and Improvement-Driven: Actively seek ways to enhance team processes, product features, and overall product quality.
- Agile Proficiency: Well-versed in Scrum, adept at managing iterative development, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing requirements.
