As a Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Quality and Risk Management:
• Formulate and execute our Quality Strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Sustain and enhance the organization's certifications in regulatory, customer, and internationally recognized Quality Management Systems.
• Establish quality objectives and implement initiatives that promote quality enhancements, elevate customer satisfaction, and minimize nonconformance.
• Ensure adherence to the Safety Management System (SMS) requirements in accordance with our standards.
• Spearhead and refine the company's risk management framework.
IT Infrastructure Oversight:
• Oversee the technical and functional management of a local IT team.
• Ensure project management methodologies are applied to all IT initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate an effective organizational structure within the IT domain, expanding it as an internal service provider.
• Guarantee the availability and seamless operation of the local IT infrastructure, adhering to our IT regulations.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (HSE):
• Lead the formulation and execution of the local HSE enhancement plan.
• Identify pertinent occupational safety hazards and risks, along with environmental aspects and impacts, and maintain oversight of them.
• Recommend areas for enhancement and local improvement initiatives.
• Develop action plans to achieve specific objectives and ensure their execution.
Leadership Duties:
• Guide and nurture your five direct reports.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and implement training programs.
• Manage the allocated budget effectively.
• Ensure that state-of-the-art standards are upheld in your area of responsibility.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives and foster employee-driven innovation.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, technical business management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in quality and safety management, preferably within the aerospace sector.
• In-depth knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
• Familiarity with EASA PART 145 and EN9100 standards or equivalent.
• Expertise in risk and HSE management.
• Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
