Deine Herausforderung:

Als Operational Procurement Specialist bei Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH übernimmst du die Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf und Lagerlogistik zu unseren Lieferanten und Herstellern. Du bearbeitest Qualitätsmeldungen, initierst Maßnahmen und übernimmst die selbstständige Aufbereitung von Auswertungen und Lieferantengesprächen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Qualitätsmeldungen und Initierung von Maßnahmen
  • Selbstständige Aufbereitung von Auswertungen und Lieferantengesprächen
  • Nachverfolgung und Fehlerkorrekturen bei der Durchsetzung von Änderungen
  • Bearbeitung von Rückmeldungen unserer Lieferanten zu aktiven Beschaffungsvorgängen
  • Qualitätssicherung für die korrekte Übermittlung von Seriennummern und Preisen

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Prozessverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten zur Fehlervermeidung in logistischen Vorgängen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie analytisches und schlussfolgerndes Denken und Handeln
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben und Einsatzbereitschaft
