Position Overview:

As a Purchasing Project Specialist at Bertrandt, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating procurement activities for various projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all purchasing processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and assist in the coordination of procurement operations.
  • Engage in negotiations with diverse stakeholders regarding project-related purchases, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and spare parts.
  • Work closely with internal project teams and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Manage the implementation process from assembly to delivery, including any necessary technical modifications.
  • Organize and conduct meetings with suppliers and project partners to foster strong relationships.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize Price-Roadmaps to align with project budgets.
Qualifications:
  • Completed higher education in fields such as business administration, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, encompassing both strategic and operational aspects.
  • Proven track record in commercial contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with agile project management and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom standards and cleanliness verification processes for components.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficient in both German and English languages.
