As a Marketing Designer at KoRo, you will work in close collaboration with our Brand, Marketing, and Sales departments to create assets that bolster our campaigns, amplify our brand visibility, and enhance the customer journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design & Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print marketing initiatives, including newsletter templates, banners, flyers, and presentations.
- Brand Integrity: Guarantee that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and resonate with target demographics across diverse platforms.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Partner with the Marketing team and various stakeholders to brainstorm and implement creative assets that align with overarching marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional efforts.
- Advertising Design: Develop captivating print and digital advertisements that effectively convey our brand message and drive conversions.
- Data-Informed Design: Work alongside marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively contribute innovative ideas.
Your Qualifications
- You possess at least 3 years of experience in diverse design projects, ideally within the food industry or related fields.
- Your English proficiency is excellent, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Familiarity with After Effects and motion design is a significant plus.
- You have experience with Figma.
- You have a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- You can design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
- You are known for your creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch work.
- You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Finally, you have excellent communication and teamwork abilities, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
