Senior Manager M&A Advisory (w/m/d)

As part of our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, you will provide advisory services to internationally operating clients throughout the entire operational process of corporate transactions, as well as in strategic and financial matters.

Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your expertise to strategically advance the M&A sector? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Lead transaction advisory for acquisitions and divestitures within national and international teams for prominent clients.
  • Manage transaction processes and serve as the primary contact for clients, investors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Develop optimal strategic positioning for companies in preparation for sales processes.
  • Oversee the creation and management of essential process documentation.
  • Independently conduct Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and multiple valuation methods, along with market, industry, and company analyses.
  • Guide project teams and support the professional development of team members (from Associate to Assistant Manager).
  • Engage in client management, development, and acquisition activities.
Your Profile
  • As a Senior Manager in M&A Advisory, you hold a degree in business administration or a related field with a keen interest in economic contexts.
  • You possess several years of professional experience, including at least 4-5 years in transaction advisory, along with project management and leadership experience.
  • Strong financial acumen is essential, and additional qualifications such as CFA or a doctorate are advantageous.
  • You demonstrate a structured thought process, recognize complex interrelations, and solve problems creatively.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required, along with a willingness to travel.
  • International experience is beneficial for providing optimal advice to our global clients.
